Bishop Suites at The Executive Centre (solo trip)

Stay Away from this hotel!! Its front desk does not operate after 7pm. And it is hard to contact them! The building is very old and dirty, not worth the money at all. There are many better options nearby.

Looks great in photos, until you realize you booked a dated high-rise office building converted into a roach motel. What a joke. The unit looks nothing like the photos. 60/day for parking. Homeless everywhere around the property. Trying to leave and get unused nights refunded is a nightmare

Terrible management, couldn’t check in. There was phone number to reach after 5PM which we understand. but no one answered. Feel so left out on family vacation that we paid for. We requested for full refund next morning and one of the lady said Yes. We are back from our vacation and they never did and they lied to our third party booking service that we used the suite. Followed the fine print of going to a different level for check-in and called ahead to confirm a few hours before then. The room size 1200sq ft was worth the value of staying a week compared to expensive tourist 400sq ft room. It's in the middle of shopping, restaurants, and bus transportation for cheaper alternatives. The convenience nearby is 24/7 and the Paris Bakery was the best spot for snack...
