Aston at the Executive Centre Hotel (with baby)

As others have mentioned it seems to vary based on room you get. Ours was lovely, the view from the bedroom was dreamy. The separate bedroom with washer dryer and full kitchen were lifesavers! The room was surface clean but it is dated and has places that can’t get clean. For example the baseboards were pulling away from the wall a bit, so it looked dirty along them. The view was great, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Neighborhood was ok during the day but wouldn’t want to be out past dark. Close to some restaurants and ok for a one night stay.

I stayed at the Aston hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Despite signing a non-smoking waiver, my room reeked of smoke the moment I walked in. Clearly, no effort had been made to properly clean or ventilate the room before my arrival. Hotel overall was very nice, very friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately our room had a terrible smell of smoke, even though stated all rooms are supposed to be smoke free. We did ask for the room to be deodorised, which did help a lot. No opening windows to outside so we’re stuck with it. Definitely put a damper on our stay. Pool was also a lovely area.

First off I want to say the pictures on the website do not match the rooms. It sounds like maybe some rooms are updated and others have not been. Also it's strange you don't actually pick the configuration of your room. You can call and made a preference.
