Magic Island is a fun spot to visit in Honolulu because there’s always something going on - people BBQing, couples taking engagement photos, kids playing, runners, hammock loungers… it’s a vibe. I ran a 5K here and loved it since the path is flat and easy. The sunsets are unreal (think fiery pinks and oranges). Just a heads up though that the park closes at night, so make sure to read the car sign...

A lovely spot for a swim and sunshine. Not as busy as other Waikiki beaches which is nice. Good beach and lots of grass and tress for shade.

Beautiful place to watch the Friday Fireworks while having a mini picnic session. Parking may be hard to find during Friday evening; so, I recommend parking in Ala Moana Parking Lot and walking 15 minutes.
