What makes it 79% Baby-Friendly: Strollers roll easily and restrooms provide changing tables, yet there is no nursing room, sparse fenced shade and weekend noise that may upset very young babies.
Why 1-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Allows time for stroller walks, lagoon dips, picnic breaks, and restroom visits at a relaxed pace.
Stroller-Friendly Path Loop:
Walk the flat, paved loop around the beach and canals.
Tip: Pause at benches under banyan and palm trees for shade.
Magic Island Lagoon:
Visit the shallow, rock-protected lagoon for calm water play.
Tip: Head there in the morning when winds are light and lifeguards are on duty.
Shaded Picnic Under Banyans:
Set up a blanket or travel mat at a quiet spot under banyan trees.
Tip: Use the nearby built-in BBQ grills or bring your own snacks for easy feeding.
Baby Changing & Rinse Stations:
Use one of four restroom buildings with changing tables and outdoor showers.
Tip: Bring sanitary liners and baby wipes; rinse off sand at nearby freshwater shower heads.

Nice park with a good beach with views of Diamond Head. Pretty busy spot but beautiful.

Its a beautiful and large park with public access to the beach tough. There are enough slots to park , many people walking, surfing or just sharing a barbeque on the large extension of grass with many big trees shadowing. I was in the second week of June and the only "but" was the incredible amount of flies around.
