Nice downtown hotel across Lady Bird Lake from downtown proper. Lakeside rooms have wonderful views of the Austin skyline. Very walkable to a variety of excellent restaurants and downtown attractions. Parking is expensive $52 per night. They have recently updated the property to great advantage.

Great stay overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, and many have a nice view of the lake and downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is excellent, especially if you enjoy walking around the lake or being close to downtown. A solid choice for both business and leisure stays.

The hotel sits just across the river from downtown, which makes walking to the main areas a bit less convenient, but still doable. Overall, big thumbs up… with one exception: parking. Charging $62 per night for self-parking feels unreasonable and definitely ...
