Hilton Austin Airport (with baby)

Dale is an exceptional supervisor and did an excellent job handling an issue I had earlier today. We enjoy the location, cleanliness, and history of this hotel and will continue to stay here during trips to and from Austin.

I loved this hotel. Pretty easy access from the airport! They had a beautiful pool pretty well kept! The food was amazing! I loved our room

I have stayed in Hilton Vegas , similar 4 star hotel but this one is no where near…Was on Solo vacation trip…tired of all travel wanted a good night sleep… but here’s what I got: too loud AC noise was not able to sleep at night after walking up midnight , informed same to front desk next morning , they said will be reported to manager but still to hear back from them… Also hair on shower and bath...

For sleeping in hotels over 100 nights a year, these are some of the worst pillows and worst beds I’ve slept on. And no it’s not once, I’ve been here a few times. Very firm thick ball pillows and springy beds. The hotel rooms are great and very nice. It’s just very difficult to get good rest here.

I am writing this review 4am in the morning. My room was connected to the room next door previously and have a door locked to separate the rooms now. My neighbor checked in/ returned to the hotel by 3:30am and I can hear every single movement that they are doing.
