I am highly disappointed in the service I received at from this hotel. The general manager Mehul Patel is a scammer that does not value customers. I have recently stayed at this location several times this month for work. I have to fly into AUS airport and this hotel is less than 2 miles away. However, they offer NO transportation shuttle which is unheard of in such close proximity to the airport....
