Citizenm Austin Downtown (couple trip)

Coming downstairs to get washcloths was Annoying. The climate control is minimal. Room is Extremely small. Not really fond of the layout. Great location. Crabcake was good. 3 stars from me.

While the "smart room" concept can be cool (everything is controled with an ipad) its also clunky, laggy and very limiting, especially with the tv which is very close to the bed and you cant control its brightness. The internet went down for a full day which disabled the software on the ipad and meant no tv or ac control for the day, and not so much as an apology email from the hotel. Staff was gr...

Simply not well managed at all. Beds only allow for entry from one side, and blanket doesn’t cover bed. 5am I’m downstairs asking for a second cover, guy tells me they have none. Hundreds of rooms in the place, they have no extra covers? Sure enough 9am the housekeeping staff delivers another cover. Of course they have more covers. Afternoon tried to take a nap to get over the lack of sleep....
