While the staff was attentive and the river views were beautiful, this stay fell short of the Four Seasons reputation. Despite the concierge acknowledging my birthday, there was no special treatment or effort to make the occasion feel celebrated. The Critique: • Room Quality: The accommodations were lackluster, featuring strange carpeting and poor shower pressure. • Amenities: The internet was fru...

Had a wonderful relaxed time at this Four Seasons Hotel. The holiday decorations are too adorable 🥰 The room is emaculant. Love the bar supplies & Spirits. Comfortable bed & pullout sofa bed. The staff is kind & helpful. Can't wait to return.

Reviewing High Tea at Live Oak. You must try it — everything was wonderful! I'm especially writing to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by the Director of Food and Beverage. He promptly and graciously resolved a minor inconvenience we experienced. It's reassuring to see that the high level of service one expects from the Four Seasons remains as impressive as ever.

Four Seasons Austin is simply spectacular. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that signature hospitality: warm, attentive staff always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, modern, and offer beautiful views of Lady Bird Lake. The restaurant and bar are a big plus: delicious food, well-crafted cocktails, and a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe. The common areas, like the pool and spa, are spot...

This is a good hotel. The rooms are great. I was allowed to check in 5 hours early. Which made up for them not letting me check out late on a longhorn football weekend. Room service was great. They brought a microwave and fridge to my room for me to help me accommodate my diet. Internet was free. Room had a nice view, and bottled water was good. Overall, pleasant stay
Spring–early fall: lawn games and hammocks. Summer evenings: live music on the back lawn. Winter: skating on the ice rink overlooking the lake. Pool is heated year-round.
