Great Trail, and a great first trail for beginners and children. WARNING: Do not leave any of your valuable’s visible in your car. Unfortunately when I arrived back, there were several cars broken into, including mine.

It was a great hike. We hiked about 5 miles and there were easy parts and a little hard parts if you are considering going with your toddler.

Gorgeous views and a pretty easy hike/run with the proper ankle protection. Several swimming holes to relax in and tons of shade! Only thing, better trail markers/maps on the trail would be awesome.
Summer days get hot. Visit early morning for cooler temperatures and lower crowds. Spring brings wildflowers along the trail edges. After heavy rain, wait a day for paths to dry.
