Auditorium Shores at Town Lake Metropolitan Park (couple trip)

We attended a free community concert. It was great to see how organized the event was. People brought their dogs. They also had food trucks available for everyone. Overall a great atmosphere and experience.

Nice park. The grandson had so much fun. I wish they had swings or something to play on in the shade. Bring gloves and thick pants if you want to swing or play on the slides. The water park portion was just the right amount of water for a hot day. Overall such a fun place. Bring turtle food, as the turtles seem well trained to expect something from people that walk out onto the piers.

This is among my favorite places in the city to go for a quick decompress & recharge for your rest of the day. Auditorium Shores has and always will be a Go To for myself and my family. Right on Townlake, The Shores; are sure to please. Oh, and don't forget your Photo-Op with Stevie Ray Vaughan.
