Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Village (solo trip)

Went this past Saturday 11/22 to see Wicked. The service here wasn’t great. Servers didn’t acknowledged me when I was ready to order. The Good: Great food and service! Got to enjoy a classic film The bad: I visited and was in Theater 3, due to the showing being practically sold out I was in the front row (Seat 15) and the seat was not working (no foot or back incline). I don't think it's fair to not give any warning on faulty equipment and charge full price for the ticket.

This was my first time going to this theater to watch The Conjuring: Last Rites. Very professional waitress/waiter service. I ended up getting the pizza which was really good. Great place to grab brunch, lunch, or dinner and a movie! They have a great selection of food and beverages. Lots of different drafts and alcoholic beverage choices. Wonderful atmosphere and a great place for a date or fun adventure. Super comfy chairs too!
