Quite disappointed with the service and rooms. I booked a room for 5 days and the room was not cleaned once. I was informed that they clean once a week and at that point I thought might as well get an AirBnb then! I’d read a lot of good things about Whitworth Locke and I can see why people rate it highly. The lobby is beautiful, the service was great from the moment we arrived (shout our Freddie for being particularly great), and Winsome restaurant is genuinely fantastic. Our experience was fantastic! The hotel offers a spacious and well-designed environment, with dedicated areas for drinks, coffee, and even working. The on-site restaurant is excellent, especially the breakfast options. Luke welcomed us warmly and was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to visit.

Stayed here for one night as was going to see a band at co-op live. This is not close by so recommend to stay closer if this is where you are going. The hotel has a nice entrance with a bar and other facilities. Check-in was a simple process. Staff were pleasant on check-in.
