Stayed for one night as we were going to a show at the Palace Theatre. It is a short walk to the theatre and Piccadilly Gardens. The room was lovely and clean, tidy and comfortable. The shower gels, etc and tea/coffee in the room were very good quality. The staff were very pleasant and want to send a special thanks to Ioanna I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be staying there again.
