Booked through booking.com, not sure if that made it cheaper but stayed for 2 nights at @£260 and it felt fantastic value for everything on offer. Highly recommend, only reason service wasn't a 5 was because you couldnt order food straight to your room, you'd have to walk through the foyer with your plate if you wanted to do that. Other than that, very clean, staff were nice and will be my hotel o...

Lovely hotel, top notch leisure facilities. Rooms could be a bit larger (king size bed but not a lot of room after that), and wine pricy at the bar. Breakfast was fantastic, very tasty, wish I could have e had two each day but can't eat that much :-). Helpful and friendly staff, could t do enough to help, thanks folks

We stayed 2 nights for family reasons. Firstly, the staff here are absolutely amazing; friendly, helpful, very customer focused and overall, just great. The room was comfortable, if a little small, and the food was excellent. Location is pretty good for a large city - although trying to walk anywhere from the hotel was a challenge at times due to traffic. Will hopefully stay again in future.

Great food — we had the roast dinner and it was absolutely delicious! You can tell the chef really takes his time, especially with the gravy — it’s amazing. Lewis, our server, was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel really welcome. We go a few times throughout the year with family, and it’s always great. Excellent value all round — highly recommend!

The staff alone was beyond helpful, kind and so patient with our stay. I have a group booking, and the manger Kylie went truly beyond to help us and cater to us. I couldn't of been more greatful to the whole staff. Everyone greets you with a friendly smile, lovely atmosphere, I can't praise them enough. Thank you so much for making our stay the best!
