Julia (FOH, reception) provided excellent customer service. Our key holder, that provides power to the room was not working and maintenance had left the building for the day. Must praise the service I received in the hotel. I'd booked for the wrong date, John and his colleague at reception were super helpful for sorting me out. The 14th floor bedroom was nice and clean, with a a view on the city. Recommended.

An unusual place to stay - above 8 floors of car park! Great city centre hotel near many central locations at a great price point for a short stay. Rooms are very clean and of good quality for the price. The meal deal is a great bargain for what you get.
