It's a great location. However, it's a bit of a rip off. £189 for the night. The room is clean to tiny. Not even a bottle of water provided. Perhaps I expect too much. The bed was uncomfortable too. Gobsmackingly good. For an affordable Manchester hotel I had a hard time believing the reviews could be so great. In fact, they are. Lovely lobby, amazing staff, sparkling clean, comfy bed, stylish. Location very near to Manchester Piccadilly station and very central. Nice bar /reception area. Room was clean and comfortable very similar to Premier Inn with basics supplied ie tiny bit of shower gel and hand wash. Unable to comment on the breakfast as I ate out as there are so many options nearby.

I stayed for a night only and the hotel is at a convenient location just opposite of Piccadilly station and nearby amenities. The staff were nice and accommodating. If you arrive to Manchester via train, then I would avoid using Google maps to get to the Motel as it sent us around in a large circle and we got lost needing to ask people....
