Very disappointed with the cleaning issues within the room. Carpet was very dusty and stains were everywhere. Also, the beds had bedding which hadn't been ironed, rock hard pillows. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned, dirty basin with toothpaste smears. Breakfast was basic with the hash browns under cooked and cheap fatty bacon!!!! The only positive side was the helpful staff. Cheap and cheerful hotel. I had the steak in the restaurant: very good value, especially when compared to prices paid last week at The Ivy in Richmond for a similar meal. Unfortunately the guy next door had a row with his wife at 01.00am and the walls are thin. Bed comfy. But rooms are small and decorated by some kind of Arts graduate with a stickers obsession. You pays ya money....

Used to be under Accor group but now they operate independently. Still good in my opinion. It is located in the central of Manchester and walkable distance to Piccadilly station. However, rooms were a bit old - in my opinion and walls are sticked with stickers. Overall, still a good place and worth the money paid!

stayed for one night, and i am very impressed with the hotel! the decorations are so quirky and fun and the room itself is cute and does everything you need it to do! the only negative is the walls are very thin, i heard my neighbours nattering until 2am. would recommend this hotel though, definitely worth it for the price:)
