I was expecting a nice boutique feel and pay the extra for a 4 star experience as advertised. Think I just got put off with staff attitude checking in and when resolving simple issues. Especially, when you’re paying £250-£300 per night I have experienced better hospitality. You’re better off at the Marriott’s or Hilton’s without the high price tag. Sorry Malmaison I won’t be staying again.
