Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre (solo trip)

Used the hotel before, great location. The rooms are great with excellent facilities and very clean. The food is just as good. Staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is a problem. We thought that the price was great value. We will be going back and using the hotel again soon. Highly recommend

We tend to always book a Maldron when travelling across the UK. The breakfast is fantastic and caters well for dietary requirements like my own - vegan. Great hotel, really nice rooms, clean and well serviced. Beds were made every day with fresh towels amenities were replenished including bottled water, biscuits and toilet roll. Friendly staff and quick fixes when we didn't have a hairdryer in the room. So bad for what you are paying! Our room, priced at over 200 EUR, did not even have day light. The window looks directly into a wall and windows of the adjacent building...maybe 2 metres distance, horrendous! This makes the room predominantly dark even in the middle of the day plus the lack of privacy forces you to pull the curtain anyway. Incredible that they have the audacity to sell this as gue...
