Kimpton Clocktower Hotel (couple trip)

The hotel entrance and lobby is impressive. Good location and easy to find. Buffet breakfast was good. We had a few issues with the room, but the staff were great and handled these prompty. Can't fault the customer service.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience of my life. The moment you leave the lobby, everything changes. We chose the Kimpton Clocktower due to it being ideally located opposite Oxford Road Station and the venue we were visiting, so from that perspective it was perfect. A great Hotel with a lot of history connected to the building. If you want a modern building, you should stay somewhere else. Nevertheless, Location is easy to got to, Service is great, rooms are tidy and clean. Food is very delicious. I will come back.
