Ibis Budget Manchester Airport (with baby)

Checked in at 0100hrs after a long flight, to be greeted by 2 hostile people at the front desk - I had my 13yr old daughter with me. Lunch menu is limited to approximately 4 pizzas and 1 childs pasta. The rooms are modern but the beds are hideous. Total mattress thickness was at best 3 inches. You could feel the boards beneath you. The shower was superb though. Great pressure and perfect temp. Breakfast is a crap. No warm options. Avoid unless it's free.

This was going to be my first stay here. Unfortunately, I never actually made it to the hotel, as my 10 pm flight from Frankfurt was cancelled at 8:30 pm. I immediately contacted the hotel via booking.com. The hotel room, which cost €116 (not 66 as suggested by google), was not going to be refunded at all.
