Holiday Inn - the niu, Loom Manchester North (couple trip)

We booked two Hotel rooms for our stay as we attended a family wedding and we couldn’t be happier with the Hotel. It had a snooker table, child friendly environment. Tea/Coffee's free. And the staff especially (Zee) she was very helpful (Zee) assisted with our luggage as we were struggling to bring it down the escalators and in general was very friendly and approachable. Great service and good rooms. The staff are really helpful and polite. The reception and bar was spacious and nice to just relax. Coffee and tea from the machine as they don’t give a kettle in the room. Thought it was a good idea. Breakfast was really good… specially the fresh fruit. Shame Guinness wasn’t on tap but overall lovely place

This hotel it great! Really close to shops and amenities and very clean and nicely done up. The only negative is having no hot drinks facilities in the room... and only being able to get a hot drink by visiting the restaurant downstairs :( A very special mention to staff member Lee who went out of her way to bring my food order to my room for me on the first day of my stay! The hotel is clean and modern. However, the best part about the hotel are the staff. They’re all super accommodating and super friendly. The car park is a huge bonus, it’s free if you’re a member and you can sign up at arrival! The only con is that it is a fair bit out from the centre, but the hotel itself makes up for it. Great value for money.

This is a nice hotel that's a little way out of the centre, however I think it has quite a few plus points because of that. For starters, it has its own car park, something a lot of the central hotels lack. It's also very quiet in the surrounding area.
