Holiday Inn Manchester - City Centre (couple trip)

I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn. There were many staff members around, but Lovia really stood out. She was the only one packing plates, cleaning tables, and setting up new ones — always working so hard. She’s very hardworking, lovely, and always smiling, which made the atmosphere even better.

Had an impeccable experience staying here for two separate nights. The hotel is modern, rooms are clean, and the breakfast is superb. Outstanding check-in process thanks to Kelsey who helped us massively by putting us together and storing our bags. Highly recommended and a perfect location for the train station!

Marie checked me in and she was so friendly and efficient, she made me feel comfortable in the hotel from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and there is controlled AC in each room. The bathroom was well stocked with nice scented products. The breakfast was of a good standard and they have a well stocked bar.

A very nice, clean and updated hotel. The room had comfy beds and a good size bathroom. The bed was comfortable. They seat you for breakfast. They have a good spread. Lots of staff clearing tables. Shops and restaurants are close by as well as the train.

As a family we had a good stay at this Holiday Inn. Especially on the evening of arrival we were impressed by the hotel and the staff: very friendly check in, very spacious and neat room with a nice surprise and exactly according to our requests.
