Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre Arena (couple trip)

Perfect location for me and where I was based for the week, and only a 15 minute walk to the train station. Room very comfortable, great shower! Had breakfast which was really nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again next time I'm in Manchester.

The manager lady at the storage room -which is located behind the reception- was super rude and grumpy. All i wanted was to take my luggage back from the storage room and she asked me wait in the long check-in queue in a very rude manner. Customer relationship management was so poor. Planned day/night away with my son for a break as he wanted time away and retail therapy. We planned one night but ended up staying two. Rooms were lovely and clean with the best window view we could prob ask for, pretty much floor to ceiling window. Night time was lovely looking out at it all lit up. Location was perfect for what we planned. Staff were amazing, couldn't help enough.
