Booked for 1 night for a trip with some friends, turned up and there was an issue with our booking- staff were brilliant to sorting it out, but then the cards to activate the lift didn’t work for us or anyone else that was checking in, staff again fixed this super quickly. The staff are nice but the hotel is run down, with stained carpets and needs a refurb. I was a bit alarmed at the lack of safety consideration as a lone female - my room number was read out aloud in full in a lobby with multiple other guests, I was then put in an a room with a door adjoining someone elses. For this reason I will not stay again.

Stayed 2 Nights, Check in went smoothly and met by manager Steve who was friendly and checked us in with all our requests and was very helpful. A budget hotel a few minutes walk from Oxford Road train station. Cheap, no-frills hotel, offering the standard Holiday Inn Express experience.
