I was so disappointed with this hotel. Myself and 2 friends stayed in a "family" room where there was a double bed and a sofa bed. There were originally 4 pillows on the double bed but one was taken off so it could be placed on the sofa bed. This meant that 2 adults only had one pillow. This wouldn't have been a problem if the pillows had been up to the usual hotel standards but they were so flat ...

It is a great hotel to stay in. Breakfast options were very good and vast. Remote was missing cells and some machines in the gym were out of order. Customer service need to keep an eye on these things. Other than that, it was great. Location, breakfast, comfort, free parking etc.

Amazing hotel, love the face that it has free complimentary parking and a 24hr gym. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manchester, specifically in room 329, and I can’t recommend it enough!
