Rooms are very compact or cosy , they are lovely and clean. Beautiful Hotel, the staff are really nice. The bar tender on Saturday was so chatty. The lady on reception was amazing. The location it perfect, and we got a lovely upgrade. Thanks for the lovely room.

We stayed at this hotel on Tuesday 22nd July, travelling from the Lake District for a one-night break. While the reception staff were lovely and welcoming, unfortunately the experience quickly went downhill. Having stayed in many hotels in Manchester, including the supposed “best” ones, I can confidently say my stay here was leagues above any of them. I’d go as far as to say this was the best hotel stay of my life. From the friendly greeting at reception at check-in, to the immaculate suite, this stay provided everything I could have wanted. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Being a frequent manchester visitor and booking a different hotel every trip this is possibly the worst one in terms of value for money. If your looking for the Harry Potter cupboard under the stairs experience look no further, tiny cramped room with AC controls that remain locked so the room was stifling with no way of opening a window.
