Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre (couple trip)

Stayed here for the weekend. Great location and room was great, beds were comfy. Only downside was no mugs or coffee in the room even though it had been serviced. Best bit about the weekend was advice given to us by Karen at reception. She was fabulous, funny and knowledgeable. On her advice for places to go and eat etc we had an excellent time.

It was an excellent choice! I stayed there a few days ago, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also met a very kind receptionist when I checked in — he really made my day! I think his name was Manadh, if I remember correctly. I travel to Manchester every week, and from now on, I’ll be booking only at the Clayton. 👍👍

Honestly, what a gem! My friend and I only stayed for one night but wish it were more. It's beautiful inside, especially the lobby, the rooms are clean and the beds actually comfy. The staff are really friendly - plus the dinner and breakfast there were delish. I had a fantastic stay at the Clayton Hotel! The location is perfect, right in the city centre, making it easy to get anywhere on foot. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Nikita, who was so helpful and attentive during breakfast. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

This is my first time staying in this hotel. Location is perfect , close to China town. And this morning I went to the breakfast and served by your wonderful staffs .
