We had a two night stay and we would recommend this hotel for people visiting Manchester. The location is great, and close to many shops and amenities. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are great and fully stocked with everything you need for a short break.

After an initial long wait for food and having to send something back the manager came over without us asking and was very apologetic and sorted out the situation. We were given deserts and a rather hefty discount. He spent some time chatting to is and was really nice and friendly. A great visit with some great customer service. Will be back next time I visit Manchester.
