AC Hotel Manchester Salford Quays (couple trip)

Long review. Having used this hotel countless times, it has really gone down hill. - rooms. Ripped headboards, foul smells, missing gowns and slippers, WiFi and tv issues, hairs on pillow sheets. Not what it used to be. No longer has the luxurious feel. - parking. £14/24hours. Staying for a business trip & was a lovely hotel to stay in. Arrived before check-in but they held my bags until after my meetings and then checked in later. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable & they had an iron in the room which was great. I believe the room cost was around £100 for my one night stay.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Marriott AC Hotel. The food was fresh and well presented, but what made it truly special was the service. Siraj and Meesha were both outstanding — friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. They made sure we had everything we needed and added such a warm touch to the morning. Their hospitality really stood out and made our visit memorable.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years. Some are excellent for their views and where they're based. The staff are amazing they can never do enough for u. Above and beyond always. I have been staying at the hotel for the last 5 weeks and I have no complaints what so ever.
