What makes it 70% Kids-Friendly: Ages 8-12 can try escape rooms, city hunts, and cricket cages, and most restaurants give kids’ menus; yet no playground and some venues need adult supervision, so appeal is moderate.
Why 2–3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Allows time for the free history exhibit, a city hunt, a quick cricket session, and a meal without rushing.

A beautiful place to eat whether indoor or outdoors. There many restaurants under the roof of Corn Exchange. Beautiful building with a dome on the top. There’s also book swap there, located at the entrance.

This was the first time my daughter and myself visited Deli House Cafe in the Corn Exchange. Greeted by a lovely young woman. Service was quite slow, between taking drinks orders, menu order. The food was absolutely delicious. Yes we will return again.

Multiple Restaurants and Bars in the Corn Exchange, fabulous atmosphere. I ate in the Mowgli (which I've reviewed seperately). Worth a visit! Accessibility: Side ramped door Getting There: Drop off, bus, Victoria Station, walk.
Outdoor City Hunt works best in dry weather. If it rains, spend more time in the indoor exhibit and restaurants. During winter look for festive lights in the atrium.
