What makes it 38% Baby-Friendly: Parents find lifts, pushchair storage, baby-changing and a Respite Room, yet pounding sound levels, no set nursing suite and crowded concourses make stays with infants stressful and shorter.

Positives:

  • Free baby facilities: Baby-changing tables on every level and a quiet respite room at Level 1 at no extra cost
  • Step-free access: Lifts connect all concourse levels and pushchair storage is available on request

Challenges:

  • High noise levels: Live events can reach loud volumes; bring ear protection or choose quieter shows
  • Age restrictions: Under-16s need seated tickets with an adult and babies may not be allowed at some events

Decent venue, whilst inside it never felt cramped at vendors or merch stands and everything moved along nice. Coulsnt fault staff or security as everyone was proper sound and nice and helpful. Inside the arena itself was set up so the sound of the event was always loud and clear too, which is always welcome. Only mark down is for infrastructure around the venue seems a bit iffy, everything felt li...

Great indoor area. Great sound in there. The view from where we were you could see the stage clearly. Traveling to it it is fairly easy using the trams. Especially when leaving. It's very organised so everyone gets to where they need to in a safe manner. I was very impressed with this. Most if not all events should look at how the organisation of leaving venues like this should be done. I know som...

We went to see Mumford & Sons first first time in December 2025. It was also the first time in the AMP club and the difference was noticeably superior. Very attentive staff that were only to happy to guide you around. Wine tasting and cheese samples from the Co-op were a nice touch, though I doubt I'll win the hamper on offer. The view was excellent from our seats as well as the acoustics. We wi...

One of the best venues I've been to so far. Great sound quality. The staff were super friendly, there is plenty options when it comes to food/drink. The venue is easy to get to. There aren't many options for hotels within walking distance. Vut parking is available at the venue, which the staff direct you to find.

First time I've been to see a band at coop. The stage is enormous and absolutely amazing show. Sound is incredible, if a tad on the bass side too much. Great views from the side were I was, the top tier is really high so be careful if you got a fear of heights!! The snack bars were really good, great pizza at reasonable prices. The drink prices were as to be expected but not extortionate. Was quic...
