Wedgewood Hotel (solo trip)

The hotel is simple and perfect. Facilities are basic but everything is great. The rooms are clean, bed was comfortable and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Great value place to stay in a quiet street centrally located. My wife and I will definitely stay again when we visit London.

Awful experience. Lowest hygiene levels I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, anywhere in the world. A mouse ran over my friend’s foot. We stayed here very recently and it truly is a two-star hotel. The only thing I appreciated was the ability for an early check in considering we had major jet lag. Our room was in the basement with only one fan and a window that barely opened! We requested another fan and were told there was only one allowed per room. NO AC. Housekeeping is every other day. Our stay at the Wedgewood hotel was fantastic. The service and hospitality from the reception and housekeeping staff was outstanding. The room itself was very clean and tidy, complete with condiments such as tea and coffee and plenty of storage. The bathroom was also spotless.
