The first bed I slept in during my stay this weekend had bed bugs, and a few days later, I am covered in bites. I was moved to another cheaper room as soon as I went to reception and showed them video I took of two bed bugs found in the linen. Really friendly staff on check in, and in the bar on 16th of November. Fast check in and all the information we needed. It’s a busy hotel but we slept perfectly. Comfy beds and nice room. They must have good quality sound proof as we never hear the busy road outside. Can’t go wrong from the price’s Travelodge are offering. Good location for the train station and Westfield.

There’s no air conditioning but they do have fans in the room which is sufficient especially if you’re staying during autumn or winter, although you’d probably still have to open the window for a better air flow/circulation around the room — and that’s what I did when I got into my room. Negatives are the extractor fan didn't work and the room smelt mouldy after coming back at the end of the day. Also the room was too warm. Pros are they immediately provided a fan when we asked for one, which is more than some hotels have done! Also there were limited extra amenities compared even to the budget EasyHotel.
