Travelodge London Ilford (couple trip)

I stay at Travelodge Ilford weekly for work and consistently receive excellent service. The staff and management are always friendly, helpful, and approachable, which makes a big difference when staying away from home regularly. When I arrived, both hotel lifts were out of service, requiring me to carry my luggage up several floors to reach reception. The lifts were repaired later in the day. The room itself was cosy, although the view was not ideal, as it faced the main postal delivery depot. When staff arrived around 4 a.m., the noise was significant and unfortunately woke me.

Quite reasonable and very good rooms. Bathroom are good size and clean. Can order iron and board on request. Staff are very nice as they accommodated early check-in request as well as additional person in our room. Very easy to get to Ilford via super efficient London public transport. I'd highly recommend this hotel for clean, easy affordable stay.

I am really disappointed to see thar some reviews people have said this is a 2 star hotel. There are crazy ilford travelodge is the best hotel in east london for me its 5 star.
