I would not recommend staying here. They put me in the wrong room - I had another guest walk into my room at 7.30pm at night due to this and then a staff member let himself into my room at approx. 10.30pm at night "to find out who I was" (despite the fact I had checked in obviously) whilst I was in the shower. The receptionist Armando was amazing and made every effort to accommodate our needs. The hotel is well located, just 1 minute walk from the underground station and well connected to the city centre. Great friendly and informative chat at check in. Recently refurbished so everything spotless and in place. I had a lovely quiet room at the front of the hotel. Room size as you'd expect, with all the necessary, including a very comfy bed. 👍
