The location was perfect, just between St. Pancreas station, Russell Square station, and Euston station which was perfect. I could have the window open all night, it was totally quiet except for the occasional police sirene. Many places to eat in walking distance for all kinds of meals. The location is fantastic. Try to avoid basement rooms. Be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs, no elevator! The staff at the reception could benefit from a few training sessions. I don’t need smiles but grumpy is not pleasant.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in August of this year and we really liked the hotel's location, very close to the train and bus stations. The room we booked was a studio, with small spaces but a very good layout. The mattress was a little uncomfortable for us, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were always very friendly when we had any questions or requests.

Good place to stay in London and so near St Pancras. Situated in a quiet crescent with a park opposite, it was really nice to get away from hectic London and retreat here. 5/5 Excellent I will definitely stay here again. The street and area are gorgeous. Big trees, quiet mornings, beautiful heritage buildings. Even wildlife! Keep an eye out for the green parakeet that lives in one of the trees near the tennis court. The staff are friendly and willing to help in any way they can.
