The location was perfect, just between St. Pancreas station, Russell Square station, and Euston station which was perfect. I could have the window open all night, it was totally quiet except for the occasional police sirene. Many places to eat in walking distance for all kinds of meals. The staff was very friendly and present 24/7, which is convenient sometimes. The apartment furniture was a bit w...

The location is fantastic. Try to avoid basement rooms. Be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs, no elevator! The staff at the reception could benefit from a few training sessions. I don’t need smiles but grumpy is not pleasant.

The staff were always very friendly when we had any questions or requests.

The room was quiet though and I slept well. Staff were ...

One lent me their French Press for the week, which was a godsend. Again: highly recomme...
