Strand Palace (couple trip)

The hotel was located close to a hop on hop off bus stop and was in walking distance to Covent Garden and other things we wanted to see. Anthony the doorman was very helpful and friendly and was a wealth of information. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. If we make it back to London, we will stay there again.

Room is small and dated so taking away one star. But the staff and location are very very good. Carla at front desk and the doorman were very helpful. I recommend this hotel if the room size (only 8 sq meters) is not an issue.

As first time visitors to London, the hotel is in a great location to be easily accessible to various sights and attractions. Lovely hotel. I got a single room which was small but ok for one person. The shower was small as the ceiling came into the room. I’m not a big person. But if you are you might struggle. The bathroom itself was lovely and clean. There was a large queue for breakfast but the line moves quickly. The breakfast was at a good standard and plenty of choice.

Amazing hotel in an excellent location for theatres, shops, restaurants, Buckingham Palace, London Eye etc. All within walking distance. All the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to check in on arrival at 10.30am and on the day of check out our cases were securely stored until we picked them up in the afternoon.
