St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London (solo trip)

The staff was very cordial and friendly. The hotel is very nice and was well decorated for Christmas. The room was very clean and well appointed. I liked the location as it was very close to everything you would want to see, but not too close as to be caught up in the crazy hustle and bustle.

I last went to this hotel many years ago but now with more than one refurbishment and one currently under way, this hotel exuded class. This place was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Breakfast was all little spendy however there were so many choices. Wish I could have eaten more. The pool was down, could still use sauna. Room was beautiful. Loved having a fridge, robes and slippers! Lots of little extras that just made us feel special. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

The Taj hosted our company conference in early September and did an excellent job making sure everything ran smoothly. The team went out of their way to accommodate us.
