Honestly, wasn’t too bad. Location was good. We paid £70 a night. We were given a basement room with no window but we had working Air-con so i didn’t mind. They only gave us 1 pillow each though and didn’t leave a spare one in the room incase we wanted another. The room looked to be clean. It could do with a re-paint?? Free-wifi was good. Horrible experience! The WiFi doesn’t work, no AC, can’t even turn around in the shower. The absolute WORST part was that we had to have our windows open because it was so hot and we got abruptly woken up at 7am in a panic thinking someone was breaking into our window. Zero stars if I could. Horrific experience. I don’t even know where to begin. This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life. The beds felt like stone slabs and the duvet covers were absolutely disgusting—filthy with brown stains that looked like they hadn't been washed in months. The location and staff are great. The room is smaller than a prison cell. Nobody bigger than a size 10 could fit in the shower. The bathroom stunk off unrine. The hotel itself is very noisy. 2 of us shared a room and had to take turns in getting dressed as wasn’t enough floor space for both of us! I know it said small double but this was ludicrous!!
