Roomzzz London Stratford (couple trip)

I usually stay in central London, but this time I chose Roomzzz Stratford because I was driving—and it turned out to be a great decision. stayed here for a few days while moving houses, the team are all super friendly and professional. Had lovely interactions with maintenance, both day and night reception and housekeeping. Alla from housekeeping especially helpful and sweet! Would love to stay again

Check-in and out was smooth and easy. only a 10 pound up charge to check in early. It's about 16 minutes from a couple tube stations. The bed was sooo stiff though, it was hard, felt like I was sleeping on a table or something. There were complimentary croissants in the morning.

We travel almost every month in different countries. We've stayed from 3 to 5 star hotels but never in aparthotels. We don't request for our rooms to be tidied up very often. Usually in a week stay, we'd request tidying up our room once, very seldom twice a week. If it's 4 to 5 nights, having the room clean once is enough.
