Regency House Hotel (solo trip)

This hotel was not at all what appears in pictures. Our room was in the basement and there was housekeeping bags and various shoes outside our door. The pictures showed a reception room that was locked the whole time with nobody there. They also showed some type of courtyard, but that also was locked and no way to get into it. The bed was lumpy. The hotel staff were great and accommodating, we arrived very early and had no issues leaving our bags to start enjoying the city. Breakfast and staff were amazing and efficient, just what you need before starting your day. Location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed at Regency House for 3 nights. We had a wonderful time. Perfect location, room very comfortable and clean. Keyless system so easy when arrived and left the property . Code sent prior to arrival . Room brilliant and breakfast great with lots of choice served directly to your table. No one at reception but found room ok once inside the hotel . No human contact but everything ran smoothly. Brilliant place To stay and will definitely stay again .
