Room was lovely and spacious but we were right by the lift and the clunking noise was so annoying, they said it was a known design fault and the manager would come and see us but he never showed. The only issue is the rooms with the best view (Big Ben and London Eye) are all close to the lift.....so depends if you are happy to scarifice this. I had a great stay here recently! The studio room was spacious, cozy, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel’s location is excellent—close to major attractions. The staff were warm and attentive. Great location, we felt it was quite a small room for the price £323 for one night, but guess that's December prices. Not a nice view from the room . The bath with shower over was high to step into. The shower system looked old and worn. The room was nice and quiet as requested. It was bright outside and the curtain hook had broken at one end so the curtains let in a bright strip of light. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would particulary like to mention recepctionist Gonzalo who made the effort to provide us a better room after our slight problems with the first room. All of the staff were great and especially kind waiters and waitresses at the Atrio Bar, runned by manager Mr Jeffrey. Best regards to whole team!
