Really clean nice apartments and really good service from the 2 ladies on reception who went above and beyond and helped with early check in and parking etc . Will happily return

Overall the place is nice and the rooms are tidy but to not get your deposit back £100 and then another £20 on top as we tried to return the missing key a couple of days later isn’t ideal. Location has great transport links, the staff are very friendly. We had booked for a wedding and we had a great time all our guest enjoyed their experience. They had fans in all the rooms due to high temperatures. Lifts are very slow and busy so definitely needs another set of lifts. All the apartments we stayed were self catering which worked well for us because we could cook for ourselves.

During our stay in London we booked an apartment at Marlin. The reason was the proximity to London City airport but to our surprise we found also enough restaurants for our taste.
