London Croydon Aerodrome Hotel, BW Signature Collection (couple trip)

Stayed for two weeks. Very cozy and convenient location on a bus route and minutes walk to a train station and minutes walk to a mall aswell. With a KFC, Nandos and McDonald's great value for your money. Visited from Barbados, the Caribbean and I highly recommend for a convenient and affordable way to stay near London.

Very nice hotel with great parking facilities and very good breakfast! The bar full of character oversees the main entrance. Close to transport links and easy access to major roads. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and ready to help.

Absolutely disappointing experience – would not recommend this venue for any event. We booked this venue for a funeral wake and were shocked by the poor service. We stayed for 5 nights but the this was a 2 separate reservations. When checking in, I asked for the reservations to be combined. This did not stop our room key from stopping working on the initial day of check out so we had to visit reception to get them reactivated. On the whole, the rooms are quite comfortable.
