Hub by Premier Inn London Shoreditch Hotel (couple trip)

This is a lovely place but I recommend calling to make sure you get the room you hope to. I booked rather last minute in the evening and I arrived to find that I was placed in the basement. The hotel was filled so I understand why it happened, but I paid a fairly high price to be in a room with no windows and that was a bit damp. I was uncomfortable. Hotel price/quality was really on point considering overall level in London. It was clean, all worked as expected and service was superb. There were no view from the window, except opposite hallway, so maybe not something if you want to spend much time in room. Location is very Urban, with nice and cheap(ish) restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great location, great staff and great room The rooms are small, but they are very cleverly designed so it doesn't feel cramped. No noise from other rooms or outside. Very basic but good in all important areas. Clean room with a good mattress, good pillow, good shower, great lighting and temperature controls. So good sleep! Breakfast was decent as well, would have liked sparkling water available. Bacon was delicious. The personnel was super friendly and helpful.
