Holiday Inn London - Whitechapel (couple trip)

Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Everything felt clean, modern and relatively new. I’m a Diamond Ambassador with the IHG Group and received a nice upgrade, much appreciated. The room was good, the stay was smooth, and breakfast was also very nice, with friendly service there as well. Would be the perfect hotel, if there would be European power sockets as well. ...

Really nice hotel and great value for money. Staff were friendly. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was great. Only mild concern was the location? It felt quite out of place and the direct route from Whitechapel tube station feels quite dodgy especially at night. Some great food places around the area though.

The staff are very friendly - they greet us every time we see them! The rooms are extremely clean and modern. The breakfast is always warm and the breakfast area is so light and airy. Unfortunately we did not know the area at all, it feels a bit dangerous after certain times, but the hotel has nothing to do with that! It’s safe. We were traveling as a family of tourists. This hotel was clean and well maintained and recently renovated.
