Citadines South Kensington London (solo trip)

The worst hotel experience of my life We booked 5 nights at Citadines South Kensington London and it was an absolute disaster. We were forced to change rooms 4 times in less than 3 days. We went to London for 5 days, the room was big and clean, it had a kitchen and hairdryer. The service was great, and the employees were very nice and friendly, we loved it and we recommend it very much. ☺️

This was a last minute booking for me and overall it was a great stay. It's very close to transportation, grocery, restaurants and in a lovely neighborhood. Checkin was easy and they were able to store our bags for us. Staff was friendly and helpful and I would absolutely consider staying here again. Rooms and hallways have seen some heavy use, nothing out of the ordinary.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Never Again We had a terrible experience during our stay. The fire alarm went off at 12:30am and wasn’t shut off until 6:30am — a full six hours of loud, disruptive noise. Great rooms. Requested for extra bed and it was literally as good as the queen size bed. Loved the design if the hotel and great location near the underground. Some eateries around so you’ll never go hungry. Front desk were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to engage us in conversation.
