Greenwich Park is one of those places where you can slow down and breathe. The park is spacious, clean and beautifully maintained, with plenty of green areas to sit, walk or just relax. The views from the top are stunning, especially looking over London and the River Thames. It’s a great spot for a quiet walk, a picnic with family or even a solo visit to clear your head. The mix of history, open s...

My favourite Royal Park. There are 2 cafes and both do good coffee and food plus doggie treats. Benugo at the top has good toilets outside with good disabled facility. The Pavillion is bigger with more options and a little busier. You can walk through the park from Blackheath Village to Greenwich Village easily. Parking usually difficult on weekdays. Free and easier on Sundays just outside t...

It feels like a peaceful world of natural beauty planted right into the heart of urban London, yet it has a history that stretches back centuries and layers of fascinating places to explore. This park covers about 183 acres (74 hectares) and ...

Greenwich park has arguably one of the best views in London, where you can get to see basically all of the city, but principally Canary Wharf and even the O2 arena. Entering the observatory museum is definitely worth it. And undeniably this park is a must see in London to escape a little the center of the city and the busyness of Westminster.
